At Alessi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your design objects. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use the 'Order Status' link to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original Alessi product packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
